Steps On How To Make Baked Potato Fries
- Preheat your oven at 250 degree
- Peel, wash and cut potatoes
- Add salt and mix well
- Drizzle oil on the potatoes
- Place the potatoes in an oven tray and bake for 30 minutes
- Check the potatoes and turn to ensure even browning
- Bake until golden brown and crisp
Lay baking paper on the oven tray before placing the potatoes.
This helps to prevent the potato from sticking to the tray especially when you do not want to use oil.
Otherwise grease the oven tray with oil.
