I had some failures but finally I succeeded.

The pap has a sweet nutty taste, you really do not need to add any sweetener or milk.
I can almost say after taking tiger nut pap you would prefer it to pap made from corn.
The making of this pap starts with making tiger nut milk from tiger nuts,
Your success of having a good consistency starts at this point
If the milk is concentrated or thick you have a better chance of having a nice pap
If the milk is light the result is a watery pap

Once the milk is ready then you are good to go
The pap tastes a lot different from the popular pap we are familiar with
Recipe For Making Tiger Nut Pap
Prep Time: 10 minutes Servings: 1
- 2 cup tiger nut milk
- Put tiger nut milk in a pot and place on a stove.
- Allow to boil until it consistency becomes thick
- Remove from the stove
- Allow to cool
- Add any sweetener or topping of choice, but the pap is sweet enough on its own, sweeteners may not be necessary.
To get a different flavour you can add Ginger and gloves.
