Today am substituting dairy milk for tiger nut milk in this recipe.
Aside from the nutritional benefit of adding milk to ugu leaf juice,
The ugu leaf juice alone has a taste that makes it difficult to drink but
in other to make it easy to drink,
adding milk improves the taste and makes it more palatable.
ugu leaf is a source of iron, the milk (tiger nut) is a source of protein.

Get fresh Ugu leaves and tiger nuts from the market or stores or
better still get planted ugu leaves and tiger nut from your garden.
