pap parfait

Parfait, parfait everywhere from cake parfait, yogurt parfait, garri parfait to ice cream parfait I decided to try it out with pap (akamu).

Incorporating pap (akamu) into our daily meal is possible, there are more interesting ways to enjoy it.

I looked at some parfait recipe and decided to replace it with pap (akamu) and fruits and veggies that are common to us to make pap parfait

Lets I forget, what exactly is a parfait?

It’s something that would so easily meet your eyes,

so, I’m almost certain you’ve seen a transparent cup filled with various fruits, cream,

Sometimes cake, it could be yogurt but it stands out with its blend with layers of yummy goodness.

A parfait is a sweet dessert made of layered ingredients in a clear glass.

The dessert emerged from France, it was first made from cream, sugar and boiled egg called frozen custard.

The word parfait means perfect in French.

But now lots of twist when making parfait

Let’s make our own twist.

I bet you this will change the way you take pap, pap can be taken on the go
